Mind Coaching Group provides in-house performance coaching for employees at companies in Sweden.

The service helps companies improve employee performance, reduce workplace stress, and support wellbeing through coaching. Great businesses are built by great people. Employees book 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions with a coach. Coaching can be delivered in person or online.

## Cost

An example monthly package is 50,000 SEK. Companies in Sweden may reclaim approximately 50% through Försäkringskassan's Arbetsplatsnära stöd, up to 200,000 SEK per year, making the effective example cost approximately 25,000 SEK per month.

Mind Coaching Group was founded by Andreas Jälminger, who discovered the power of coaching while working at Spotify.
