When Jensen Huang, the CEO of NVIDIA, said that everyone should have a personal AI tutor, it made total sense to me.
Because that’s exactly how I use ChatGPT.
Not to write code or do fancy tech things.
But to think clearly, feel calmer, and stay connected to what actually matters.
Here’s how you can start using ChatGPT as your personal mentor — even if you’ve never tried it before:
1. Set a clear intention for your life
What do you really want?
To feel free?
Improve your mental health?
Get clarity on what you want in life?
When you use ChatGPT, show up with purpose.
Let it support you in creating the life you actually want.
2. Turn on memory (this matters)
Go to Settings → Personalization → Turn on Memory.
It helps ChatGPT remember your goals, mindset, and challenges — so it becomes more helpful every time you come back.
Like a real coach who gets to know you better each session.
3. Customize ChatGPT (Introduce Yourself for Better Responses)
Go to Customize ChatGPT and introduce yourself.
Tell it about your goals, challenges, and what you’re working on.
This helps ChatGPT give better, more personalized responses over time.
4. Use it to think better, not just get answers
Let it challenge your thinking and open up new perspectives.
You can ask:
• “What belief might be keeping me stuck?”
• “How can I look at this in a lighter, less stressful way?”
• “What’s one mindset shift that could help me feel more calm and grounded?”
5. Make it part of your routine
You don’t need to use it every day.
But come back to it when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just need clarity.
Final thoughts:
AI isn’t here to replace you.
It’s here to help you think better, feel clearer, and grow—at your own pace.
Use it to make smarter decisions, challenge your thinking, and move forward with clarity.
